WHAT CAN BE RECYCLED?

HOW TO RECYCLE IT

Used motor oil, transmission oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, as well as auto polish and cleaners can all be brought to CHARM at no charge. Used motor oil, antifreeze, and transmission oil are taken without fees. Fees apply to auto products such as cleaners.

Auto, truck, motorcycle, and boat lead-acid batteries are much larger and can and do leak acid if mishandled. These lead-acid batteries can only be recycled during a CHARM event. Battery recycling is free.

Scrap tires are recyclable, and we only accept them at CHARM sessions. Recycling Fees Apply.

WHAT NOT TO RECYCLE & HOW TO DISPOSE OF IT

  • Auto window or headlight glass

  • Child car seats

These items should be disposed of at the landfill. Car seats: cut straps and mark as expired.
